The United Auto Workers won larger signing bonuses, $1.9 billion in new U.S. investments, and full health-care benefits for all employees in a tentative four-year contract agreement with General Motors. The tentative deal covers nearly 53,000 U.S. workers, including about 2,800 in northwest Ohio.
