Dor L' Dor

I have often noticed this women's store before because of its really good window displays

Never saw anything on Yelp about it though

Now it has reviews-- good ones-- just not very many

i found this store when i started a new job nearby. its great for when you need an outfit last minute, i am always able to find something. most of the items are very reasonably priced and it is much easier to shop here then chain stores. also a nice bonus is if you need an item in a different size, they can locate it at other stores and it can be delivered to this location. so the customer service here has always been excellent!

This place isn't quite my style, but I still kind of love it.  I worked for a year on 41st and loved walking by it every day, looking at the dresses in the window.  This is a great place to get an item for a party or an interesting piece for your wardrobe.  They also have a few basic items and I'm unfortunately revealing how boring I am, but I love them!  I bought a bunch of plain heathered t-shirts from Dor L'Dor that were from a company I had never heard of before.  I also bought two cardigans to go over tank tops and a pair of tight black pants.

Maybe one day I will work up the nerve to buy a dress here because I think they are funky and cooler than I am ...

Love love this store! I usually go to the one in Summit, NJ but visited this one most recently. It is at the same price point as Forever21 but better quality. I've gotten going out clothes there in addition to casual clothes. The best jeans ever are the Flying Monkey jeans. I have a pair that feel like jeggings but look like skinny jeans. I ended up most recently buying a white pair and a pink pair.

Walked by a couple of times in a rush and kept reminding myself to make a note to visit it one day.  Never found the time to go until today and they had some cute fashionable items.  Quality is ok, but definitely can find a unique piece in there.

There are 2 floors.  Clothes on the main floor along w/jewelry.  Shoes, sales and fitting rooms are on the 2nd floor.

My friend described this place as "a grade up from Forever 21" and she was exactly right. The clothes they sell are for going out/work clothes. The store is not nearly as messy as Forever 21, but you still have to dig through the racks. Great place to find basic clothing necessities as well- colored tank tops, cardigans, skirts. I  bought two tops there, $ 20 a piece, which I can wear both out and professionally. The prices are reasonable and the quality seems to be better then your average Forever 21 wannabe store. The true test will be when I wash them. Def worth the visit if you need to buy something last minute.
