The MTA ( Metropolitan Transit Authority) is always slow to move with the times.This Clean Air Hybrid Bus is not common enough yet.
I used to think crosstown buses were impossibly slow...I rarely take them but they don't bother me now. They are so much better than the subway, I guess.
